young lady who answers the phone, takes your credit card order, gives

choices in stock for same-day shipping. She immediately enters your order,
follows it through the system, and makes sure it goes out the same day if
you call before noon (central time).
There is no music-on-hold, and no multi-level push-button menu. Sorry,
but we have this midwest mentality that believes in old-fashioned service
with real people.
